Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for supervising any child using the service through your account.
Acceptable use
Use The Storybook Coach for its intended purpose — supporting your child's reading. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
AI-generated content
Reading missions, tips, journal prompts, and other content are generated with the help of AI. AI can make mistakes. Please review anything before sharing it with your child, and always keep your child safe when using AI-assisted tools.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from your account. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
The Storybook Coach and its content, aside from third-party book titles and characters referenced for educational purposes, are owned by Atlantic Cape Concepts. Book titles and character names are the property of their respective authors, illustrators, and publishers, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any publisher.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantic Cape Concepts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
